On September 17, EPA partially repealed the 2024 Carbon Pollution Standards and proposed rescinding the remaining power-sector GHG requirements under CAA section 111. Owners of affected units should review applicable federal and state requirements and permits before revising compliance plans. Comments are due November 2, 2026.
