EPA recently released Draft Guidance for Reducing Risk from PFOA and PFOS in Biosolids (Draft Guidance) for comment. The Draft Guidance provides voluntary recommendations for mitigating potential risks from PFOA and PFOS associated with biosolids recycling for wastewater treatment plants, land appliers, residuals managers, landowners, farmers, and the public.
