Federal greenhouse gas reporting remains uncertain, but companies should not assume obligations are going away. With EPA’s federal GHGRP still in limbo and states expanding or maintaining their own reporting programs, companies should continue collecting emissions data, maintaining records, and monitoring federal and state developments.
